Terms & Conditions of World Exam Tech Subscription

These are the Terms and Conditions of your subscription to World Exam Tech (‘WET’) and your use of World Exam Tech Content ("WET Content"). These terms apply to your use of all WET Content regardless of the delivery platform – including newsletter or website - and irrespective of how the WET Content is delivered to you. By accessing WET Content, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions below. If you use WET Content in the course of your business, you are also agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that business and should also read the paragraph in Section 2 regarding At Work Use. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 14 October 2016. Snowbelle Ltd ("The Publisher") may change, alter or withdraw any part of WET Content at any time (with or without notice) and may also change the Terms and Conditions.
B. Access and Use
The World Exam Tech newsletter and other WET Content is accessible only to paying subscribers.
All WET Content belongs to The Publisher. The Publisher owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in WET Content and any selection or arrangement of the WET Content. You may only use WET Content in your personal 'at work' capacity by:
retrieving and displaying WET Content on any compatible device.
printing the newsletter or a single copy of individual articles on paper.
storing the newsletter and individual articles in electronic form on disk or on a mobile device (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network).
Restrictions on Use
Except as expressly set out above, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, store, archive, publicly display or in any way commercially exploit any of the WET Content.
Without limitation, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from The Publisher:
redistribute the newsletter or any of the WET Content (including by using it as part of any syndication, content aggregation, news aggregation, library, archive or similar service).
remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of WET Content made under these Terms and Conditions.
create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically and/or regularly downloading/printing and storing all or any of the WET Content; or deep link to, frame, harvest or scrape the WET Content or otherwise access the WET Content for similar purposes.
use any machine, electronic, web based or similar device to read or extract the WET Content by automated or machine based means.
At Work Use
If you are using WET Content in an 'at work' capacity and your use extends beyond personal commercial use then you should contact The Publisher at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your business requirements, since it is possible that your use of WET Content extends beyond what is permitted by these Terms and Conditions. In particular, all requests to republish, redistribute or syndicate WET Content, whether headlines, full text articles (or parts thereof) or the right to use WET Content internally within your business (for example, as part of a regular information dissemination service or on a company Intranet) or any external use that you may make (for example, within client reports or briefings) should be addressed to us, as such use falls outside the scope of use permitted by these Terms and Conditions.
D. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
WET Content is only for your general information and use and is not intended to address your particular business or personal requirements. In particular, WET Content does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by The Publisher and is not intended to be relied upon by users in making (or refraining from making) any specific investment or other decisions. Appropriate independent advice should be obtained before making any such decision. Any information that you receive via WET Content whether or not it is classified as 'real time', may have ceased to be current by the time it reaches you, share price information may be rounded up/down, some financial information may be estimated and therefore not entirely accurate. The Publisher is not responsible for any use of the WET Content by you outside its scope as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
E. Third Party Sites and Services
WET Content may contain links to other internet websites or web services provided by independent third parties ("Third Party Sites"), either directly, through frames or app stores. The Publisher is not responsible for the availability or content of Third Party Sites.
F. WET Subscription Service
The Publisher operates the World Exam Tech subscription service (“Paid for Service”). By subscribing to receive this Paid for Service, as well as the above Terms and Conditions, you are also agreeing to the terms in this section. You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred. If we do not receive payment, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Paid for Service. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription to the Paid for Service if you breach these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you.
Scope and Delivery of World Exam Tech (PDF version)
The Publisher’s standard Paid for Service for organisations enables up to three people within your organisation to receive copies of the PDF version of World Exam Tech newsletter direct to their desktop via email on publication and to access subscribers’ only WET Content that maybe archived on the www.worldexamtech.com website. If you wish to increase the number of people receiving the newsletter direct to their desktop via email or accessing WET content via the website contact The Publisher at email@example.com
The subscription price is for an annual subscription to The Paid for Service and The Publisher reserves the right to vary the price from time to time. VAT will be charged as appropriate. The Publisher will issue a renewal invoice before the expiry of your subscription period. The standard terms of payment for a subscription to the Paid for Service are 30 days. All subscriptions are covered by our money-back guarantee.
Cancelling or Changing Your Subscription
You may cancel or make amendments to your subscription at any time by contacting The Publisher at: firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively phone 0871 789 3926.You are entitled to a pro-rata refund on the remaining unpublished portion of your subscription. Any cancellation will be effective once The Publisher receives notice of it. The Publisher will acknowledge cancellation notices by return email.

G. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law.

I. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions were published on 14 October 2016 and replace with immediate effect all Terms and Conditions previously published.
